Terms of sale

The Psyche Daily is the physical shop of Juno Julius Reinhart Burger, micro-entrepreneur, SIRET 94353947800017, 31 Rue Edouard Scoffier, 06300 Nice, France.

The price you confirm at checkout is the price of the order. A carrier or customs office may still collect duties, VAT, or brokerage on import. We do not control those fees.

Orders

An order is placed when you complete checkout. You can cancel until the order is fulfilled. After that, the return rules below apply.

Wear

Allow a few days to prepare, then local post. Once production has started, we cannot take Wear back unless it arrived damaged or wrong. The product page is the source of truth if a piece needs longer.

Temple and Instruments

These pieces ship from a European warehouse, unless the product page says the piece ships from the United States. Unused, complete, in the condition they arrived: write within 14 days of delivery. We will send a return address for that piece. You cover return postage unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Damaged or wrong

Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and the order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

If you buy as a consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory rights are not affected.
