Damaged or wrong
Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and the order number, via Contact or help@thepsychedaily.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Wear
Once production has started, we cannot take Wear back unless it arrived damaged or wrong.
Temple and Instruments
Unused, complete, in the condition they arrived: write within 14 days of delivery. We will send a return address for that piece. You cover return postage unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
Duties
Customs charges on refused or returned parcels that originated outside your region are not refundable by us.
