If you buy as a consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory rights are not affected.

## Damaged or wrong

Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and the order number, via Contact (/pages/contact) or hello@psychedaily.app (mailto:hello@psychedaily.app). We will arrange a replacement or refund.

## Wear

Once production has started, we cannot take Wear back unless it arrived damaged or wrong.

## Temple and Instruments

Unused, complete, in the condition they arrived: write within 14 days of delivery. We will send a return address for that piece. You cover return postage unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

## Duties

Customs charges on refused or returned parcels that originated outside your region are not refundable by us.
